Paul has over 30 years of direct property experience as a valuer and consultant across most classes of asset. Paul specialises in the residential market, and in particular the prestige residential and apartment markets, and has provided valuation and feasibility advice on a number of substantial projects. Other specialised areas of expertise include specialist disability accommodation and Build to Rent (BTR)/ co-living projects.
