Rick began his professional career with the organisation in 2016, initially as a trainee valuer under former director Tim Anderson before becoming a licenced valuer in 2018. He specialises in the valuation of aged care and retirement assets, primarily for financial reporting and finance purposes, and is on the majority of specialised bank aged care and retirement panels. Rick also has a broad range of valuation experience in a variety of other asset classes, including residential, commercial, industrial and education. Rick became a director at PVA in 2023.
