Tim Anderson

Tim has over 40 years of experience in the property industry as a valuer and property consultant, with a broad range of experience across most valuation sectors. He specialises in the valuation of aged care facilities and retirement villages and has carried out valuation and feasibility consultancy for financial institutions and private clients, as well as church and charitable groups. Tim is on the majority of specialised bank retirement and aged care panels and similar panels for his other main specialty field of englobo land valuations and feasibilities. Tim held positions as a director and national director of JLL prior to joining the company.
